Unbale to play sound in my Windows 8 PC

i had asus f550cc-xo68h campus life laptop and i got 2-high definition audio drivers showing in my device manager,but the problem is that every time when i tried to play any music or sound i am unable to play (i never disable it) it showed me that realtek audio driver is must and i have eventually installed it but no use of it after i have installed it and restart it plays good but after the couple of restart or restarts in need to configure the speakers though not fine can you suggest me a solution for windows 8 only
