I have been attempting to reinstall the driver software for an HP Photosmart
3300 series printer along with update several other applications locate on
the D: drive. Each attempt results in an access denied message. The OS is
Windows XP running SP2. Have tried changing the access rights using the Safe
Mode method and cannot get the screen to display at boot up. Am using
digital video and guessing unless I connect to RGB this will not be possible.
Any suggestions on how to get access to D:\Program Files would be greatly
appreciated
