I have a print server on my network, suddenly after reboot I am unable to see
it from any machine by going Entire Network -> Microsoft Windows Networking
-> Domain Name --> All machines. The see the server in Active
Directory...This was in the event log, I downloaded the file microsft
recommend per this event log but did not solve the issue -->"Windows saved
user WBPRINT\Administrator registry while an application or service was still
using the registry during log off. The memory used by the user's registry has
not been freed. The registry will be unloaded when it is no longer in use.

This is often caused by services running as a user account, try configuring
the services to run in either the LocalService or NetworkService account."

What do you receive if using net view \\serverhostname?

when I do net view \\print server I see the shares I have on that box, even
when I do start --> run --> \\print server I see the shares, but when I do
net view I don't see the server (name of the machine)

Is a firewall or some other third party software installed preventing that
type of traffic?
