I think a recent Win 7 updates has created problems. I keep receiving a message that my copy of Win 7 is not genuine, which is not the case. And when I try to look at the update history, Windows Update shows a blank page. And when I ask to search for
updates, I get the message: Unable to search for updates because the service is not operational.I applied the Windows Update repair tool: no change.Thanks for any help. André.
