Unable to save updated excel file in Win2k3 server

Hi,

We have been experiencing problem recently on few of our excel files stored
in a shared drive of Win2k3 server.

We can open the files can do amendment but we cannot save them on the same
file, it returns an error: "the file it is being used by another person or
program....." while there is only one user accessing the file.

We got the same error when we go to the server and rename/delete the file
but we can access the file as normal if we shutdown the server.

Any clue?

Google gave me almost 30,000 hits for the string "being used by another
person".

The file is being locked by MCShield for some reason. I used unlocker
utility to unlock it.
