Hello,
About a week ago I opted to do a factory reset on my Dell laptop thinking it would solve a network issue I was having. It didn't, but that issue was fixed soon after the reset. Other than having to re-install what few programs I lost, everything was the same as before; personalized themes, accounts, etc. Two days later, I went to start up my laptop and the lock screen was a default and the only account available for login was a local account; no administrator account as an option. I can't get any my admin username and password to work on anything except to access the My Dell app. My admin account is also my Microsoft account, which works just find when signing in online.. Please help.. This is so aggravating..
