I have Windows 7 home Basic. Unable to install windows update. ( error code 659 and 80070659.) Nor could I update any software. The message says" The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation" I have tried almost all available
options . Windows" fix it " fixed some issues but not worked. Checked all online support. Even Windows Malicious software scan shows no infected files. I have Quick Heal Total security That also shows no infected files.
Please help.
