Original title: update keeps failing on Security Update for Microsoft.NET framework 1.1SP1 on windows xp,vista, & server 200886(KB2698023). Pls some help an OAP whi has tried the fix it but is still getting failure


I am not very computer clever - so pls give idiots guide to any answers which may solve this problem
