unable to install Sonic"record now"from CD.Installer not found.What to do?

My original equipment Sonic "record now"failed.I tried to repair it andfailed so I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall from CD.It cannot install it,cannot finf the installer utility or program.What to do?
One message is to insert windows media CD which I dont have.What to do?
