I was trying to install OneCare for file transfers in Live Messenger, however
I keep getting error: 0x08402802. Basically saying I cannot connect to
server or I do not have admin privilidges. I am logged on as Admin account.
All other Windows Live features downloaded no problem. I'm using XP SP2.

No apologies necessary. All you have to do is ask.
