unable to connect to windows 8 store

Just wondering if there were any newer suggestions to the problem of not being able to connect to the Windows 8 store.

I have tried all of the solutions that are posted so far but no luck. When I try to connect, I get the green screen with the bag,

but the circle underneath it just keeps spinning. I have reset the store, and it still doesn't connect. It was working fine until

a week ago. I guess I won't be buying or updating any thing from there for a while. Is there a way to delete the app and reload

it?
