I have windows 8, and i don't know what happened to mess this up but this problem started a couple days ago. I can no longer click right into outlook, it's almost like the screen is frozen. The only way for me to get into outlook is to use the aero preview window, click that window then i can use outlook.
However, once I'm in outlook I can't click anywhere else on the screen except in outlook, The only way for me to get out of it is if i minimize the program, this also happens in Picasa, Teamviewer and i'm sure a couple other programs that i have yet to discover. I appreciate any help you can give me
