* Original Title: Issue accessing the internet after installing the latest update
Last week I installed the latest update to Windows 8 however once installed I was no longer able to access the internet and was getting a message saying that the page could not be displayed. Underneath this there was a button to click to fix connection problem however I did that and it came back with no connection issue.
I reset my router but there was no issue as I could access the internet on my phone and from my flatmates laptop. The only way I could access the internet again was to restore my pc and remove the installs.
I was then forced to install the update again this evening and the same thing happened so I have had to uninstall these updates yet again to access the internet.
Can you please advise how I can install the update without it affecting my ability to access the internet?
