Original Title: problems occuring after windows 8 refresh
Hi
I have windows 8 sony vaio laptop
day before yesterday i had an error in starting windows saying CRITICAL_SYSTEM_DIED. I performed windows refresh since automatic repair could not help me.
After that I am not able to use my c: drive, it is saying access denied. it seems like i hv lost control on my account. it is still an administrator account but i am not able to use it as an administartor.
Please help soon. Urgent!!!
