AFAIK, SP3 has not been released. You must have installed
SP3 RC1, which is an unsupported product.

Remove the alleged SP3 and see if that fixes the problem.

After some more researching i decided to use hijack this utility to see what
is going on. After running the scan it gave me something like : 020 error
with a missing file attached to it among severel thigs that had missing files
and dll s . When i clicked the fix button on hijack this a message came up
telling me that a win socket error on o20 and that hijack this can not fix it
but recommended a download from www.cexx.org.
I had a winsocket damage and i was able to download a software from that
website called lspfix that fixed my win socket error.
It was a LSP error and when i ran the software it resolved the problem.
Thanks for the replys and thanks for the help guys. I did not have to
uninstall SP3 or anything.
Have a happy new year every one

You will still have to remove it when the final product is released.
Why did you actually install it?
