Little used GERICOM Laptop computer (circa 2004) had been sickly for a while, couldn't get it start up successfully, kept on going into some sort of repetitive loop.
Managed to install 'System Mechanic' and get laptop up and running after some 'toing frowing'. Decided to do a Defrag which seemed to going OK, took about 1 hour to get to 50% of defrag left it running overnight, in the morning screen filled with print
and the above two lines!!??
Is this a major disaster? How do I go about getting the laptop working again and will it be expensive??
