My Latin is a bit rusty
but I think that translates to:

In addition to using Windows, I also use Linux...
I just happen to prefer other distros to Ubuntu...
at least for the PC.

Anyway: I did get a few old G3's going by using Ubuntu...
they worked quite well with it
