I hope this is not a cross-posting, if yes pls advise where shall i post
this.

Im using external usb 2.0 tv tuner, gadmei UTV330+. Both audio and video is
transmistted to PC thru the same usb cable.
The video (sound) appear half a second slower than the video, is it possible
to reactify this in windows? (no setting on this in tv tuner software).

Im using Core2 dual, 2gb ram, which i believe is sufficient enough to run
this hardware.

We have cable and sometimes one TV is half a second behind the other,
sometimes the same and sometimes the opposite way around, no computers
involved - so who nows, really?

Sorry this does nothing to answer the question except to say it's not
necessarily your setup.

I think you miss out the point, im not saying connecting one tv to another,
im saying tv tuner - using your laptop or COMPUTER as monitor.
It is always audio slower than video probably due to usb cable that merge
both video and audio signal.
My old tv tuner model design is better because the audio signal is
transmitted separately into sound card line-in port. But the old model
cannot run in vista.

Cant believe the designer will miss out that if what you said is true.

The whole point of my posting that is as follows.

I have 2 TVs and a Vista PC with Tuner Card, all fed by the same cable
connection. Sometimes the sound and video get out of sync on one but not
the others, sometimes on more than one and sometimes the difference is
about a second so it's really quite bad. Yes the problem "May" be your
card, but it seems like there can be other factors as well... but I
dont know what they are. What I do know is that when it happens the TV
or Tuner has not changed...

Are you sure that the card is the problem or is there any chance it
could be the signal?
