Windows 2000 tskill

I can't use tskill, cause it seems that isn't installed on my system.
What shall I do?

It's not native to Windows 2000, there is a kill utility in the resource
kit or just a easy to download and use Sysinternals' PsKill utility.
Look for it on Microsoft's web site.
