Windows NT TS and Flash Player

I have a user who is trying to view embedded flash player images on a
website while logged into a TS session. The server is a Windows 2003
server with about 15 users logging on. If I give this user admin
rights, he can view the web page without any issues. Once he loses
those rights, the web page will not show the page correctly. The
Terminal server has IE7 installed and the page he is trying to get to
is wcbsfm.com.

My end user finally tested the web site and it works. Thanks so much
for your help!
