I have a user who receives this messages on the TServer. 'Remote Desktop
Disconnected The remote session was ended because the idle timeout limit
was reached. This limit is set by the server administrator or by network
policies.' Where do I make that change? In the user's AD properties? I have
a group policy and I disabled the settings in there and ran an gpudate but I
think they still receive the message. Am I missing a configuration somewhere?

Only places I know of is GPO's, Terminal Server Configuration (on the
terminal server itself), and the individuals AD profile.

It can be set by Group Policy, in the user account properties and on the
server itself in the RDP-TCP properties. If you have configured the
settings through Group Policy then that is the one that takes affect.
You can run a RSOP using the group policy management console to see if
th settings are taking affect.
