When it gets to "gathering information about your computer, it states "unable to download troubleshooters, please check your internet connection". Checked...was online. Have tried like 5 different times to get it going with no luck. I had it on my computer
before I cleaned disk and defragged because of problems I was having with the troubleshooters. Then I removed the program and am trying to install it again from the Microsoft site. I am totall computer illiterate and have, obviously, been listening to someone
who knows less that I. Just joined the community and hope someone can help me. I really rely on Fix It Online because I know so little about computers.
