I have been trying to install 4 of the latest updates with no success. I am told that the update was successful and then asked to restart the computer. When I do so the computer hangs on shut down. After about 30 min with no disk drive activity I will
force a shut down and then reboot to a BSOD or an inability to start Windows screen. Windows auto repair will run for 45 min and then tell me it cannot do the repair and I will have to try to restore the computer which has worked so far. It is a portable
with duo core 2 2gb of ram and40 gb free disk space. I reinstalled windows in Feb 2013 7 Ultimate. TheUp dates are KB 2808735 KB2813170 KB2813347 & KB2799926. I have run file checker, malwarebytes and all have been OK. I have rebooted between applying
other updates and these with same results. There have not been any error messages.
Any suggestions?
