this link, but nothing worked. I did the "Fix MSI software update registration," "Repair the .NET Framework," "Reset Windows Update components," "Manually download the update in clean boot mode," and it still says I need to install these updates. I have
Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit. When I looked up the update history, it says it has installed these updates numerous times, starting on April 1, 2013.
