I have an Acer laptop that runs on windows 8. I had used it and it worked perfectly and than the next day I turned it on and it had to update and install something for windows, so I let it play itself out but then it told me there were problems with it and it said "Diagnosing PC" for about 4 hours and wouldn't go past that. Today after a week I decided to turn it back on again and it went to a menu that said "Continue. Troubleshoot. Advanced Options" I clicked advanced options, and then I clicked refresh in hopes that would make the laptop work again. It is currently in the stage of Refreshing my PC but it is stuck on "Please wait" Im just wondering if this is going to help at all with my computer or if I should have clicked Reset instead of Refresh? Thank you.
