Windows NT tricky logging question, log outgoing connections

I'm about to setup a terminal server to allow a team of administrators
to connect to other servers via TS. Not exactly rocket science.
However, to make the auditors happy I want to create a log of who sets
up outgoing connections to what.

Does anyone know of a product, script or whatever that can do that for
me?

If these outgoing connections are to servers outside your LAN, you
should use the logging function in your firewall.
If everything stays inside your LAN, have a look at RecordTS
