The Toshiba has not been used for 2 years due to virus infestation. I was able to get it online, run an old version of MALWAREBYTES and when it asked for a restart, I received a boot error NTLDR is missing Press ALT CTRL DEL to restart.
No XP disk, but I have a Compaq presario running XP. What files do I need to load on a cd to make a boot disk for the Toshiba? I have changed the bios to start up on the cd rom.
