Toshiba Satelitte P200-123 Web Cam not working after windows update

[AWS]

Windows ran update and web cam stopped working. Reloaded camera software from Toshiba. Still not working. removed camera software and drivers and reloaded, still not working.

STUCK!!!!! any ideas?
