I have a user using a Macintosh to access the terminal server. Time zone
redirection puts him into Casablanca time zone. Is there a fix?

Not for the rdc 1.0.3 version of the client. I'm not sure about the
beta version of the rdc 2.0 client:

http://www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads.aspx?
pid=download&location=/mac/download/MISC/RDC2.0
_Public_Beta_download.xml

If it doesn't work with the new beta client either, then you could
file a bug report on the same page as the download page.
