thumbnail picture for .EPS or .PSD

Under windows explorer, when looking at the contents of a folder in
thumbnail view, it does not give a thumbnail picture for .EPS or .PSD
(Photoshop Elements 5.0) files, which is a real problem.

Is there any way to correct this? Any utility that would allow all file
formats to be viewed in thumb nail?

Set the file association to an installed viewer that can read the files. I
suggest:
IrfanView - one of the most popular viewers worldwide:
