The Sims 1 on windows 7 help

I just installed The Sims 1 and it's expansions up to Superstar (yes. I installed them from order) i right clicked the icon, go to compatability, and clicked Windows XP (SP2). I ran as administrator and it went to the loading screen but about 3 seconds later, the game crashes to the desktop and says that "The Sims 800x600 has stopped working" remember, i ran as administrator.
