Professional Services Now Available through Private Offers
Partners in Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States can now sell professional services through private offers in the marketplace, providing you with more ways to monetize and serve customers.
The value for you and your customers:
- Simplify sales by managing software and service sales together – enjoy a single payout for both software and services.
- Customers can purchase complete solutions all on a single invoice, streamlining their procurement process.

Multiparty Private Offers Have Expanded to the UK and Canada
Multiparty private offers (MPO) are now available in the United Kingdom and Canada, in addition to the United States.
The value for you and your customers:
- Land bigger deals leveraging customers’ pre-committed cloud budget.
- For customers with an Azure consumption commitment, sales count towards their consumption commitment when purchasing Azure IP co-sell eligible offers.

Dynamics 365 Business Central Now Available through CSPs
- ISVs can now transact Dynamics 365 Business Central apps through Cloud Solution Providers (CSP). This unlocks global sales opportunities through our CSP network, while allowing CSPs to expand their portfolios with D365 Business Central apps.

Updated Policies for SaaS Offer Landing Pages
- We have implemented new policy updates for SaaS offer landing pages in the marketplace to enhance customer experience and security. Learn more.
New Azure Platform Validation Policy
- Starting July 8, 2024, partners listing SaaS offers on the Microsoft commercial marketplace must complete a new "Supplemental Content" page in Partner Center to streamline the publishing process.

Self-Service for Tax Forms Available in Partner Center
- Marketplace partners and ISV publishers can now directly access and download year-end tax forms through the Partner Center UI. Learn more.
New Filter for Teams Copilot-Enabled Apps on AppSource
- AppSource now includes a filter for Teams Copilot-enabled apps, enhancing visibility for ISVs and simplifying the discovery of AI-powered solutions. Check it out on AppSource.
