The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022) - multiple .dll file problems

Hello everyone,


after a long search of solutions I come to you since I could not solve my problem in any way.


1. When starting my computer with OS Windows 7, and immediately after logging into my user I receive a notification:

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022) Click OK to close the application (explorer.exe).


2. Afterwards, a black screen follows with another notification:

There was a problem starting C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Conduit\BackgroundContainer\BackgroundContainer.dll. The specified module could not be found. (Run DLL)

I cannot access anything and can only run the computer on Safe Mode which I am on right now.


First, I tried scanning my system with SpyBot and AVG, removing all pending issues however they cannot be completed without a reboot and that does not happen since the black screen upon turning on is displayed.


The system restore fails also, showing message: System Restore failed to extract the file (C:\Windows\System32\urlmon.dll) from the restore point. The restore point was damaged or was deleted during the restore.


I have run DLL Suite,it finds a lot of broken files but stops at some point and is not capable to repair them all;

I have not found CA Internet Suite installed in my PC that had caused this problem for many users;

I have downloaded AutoRuns to identify the BackgroundContainer file that I deleted through this program but the message still comes out when starting the computer.


I would really appreciate a lot if you could suggest me some other solutions to be back on business. Thank you,
