Go to start/run, and type:
devmgmt.msc

This utility will have exclamtion point icons on devices you need to work
on. Rightclicking an icon, and then Properties should show you a tab for
"Driver", which in turn should allow you to "Update driver". You will also
learn the name of the device, which will let you Google for a driver, if
update has none.

Please reply to Philo's reply or most people won't see the previous
thread. I've included it above.

Like Philo stated: Use Google to search for HWinfo32 and you'll find a link.

Heck, someone might've looked it up for you, but you didn't mention what
model computer you have or any other pertinent details. Include the
ethernet card model# if it didn't come with the computer.

Once the devices are identified by HWino32
you can go to the website of the manufacturer of each device and get the
proper drivers.

also, a site such as www.driverguide.com will probably have what you want...
it has free registration.

(if you don't register, you are subject to a long series of ads before you
can get to the drivers)

Do you have the Motherboard CD which has the Software drivers you need,
insert it in and explore for the Driver and install it or:
Go to the Manufacturer website and download the latest driver for your NIC.
You will find lots of Hits on Google most will not be good to you as it will
not apply to your Device Specs, just try the manufacturer website or look for
the CD came with lots of drivers on it.
