Is there a way to allow domain users to add printers to their profile on a
windows 2003 terminal server?

If these are network printers, they should be able to do it by default. I
suggest you post in m.p.windows.terminal_services with a bit more detail as
to what you're trying to do & the problems you're seeing.

Thanks. i assumed there were able to as well, only as power users are they
able to install a network printer.

What errors do they get?
Can your domain users on workstations (not logging into TS) add network
printers?
I'm including a crosspost to microsoft.public.windows.terminal_services too.
