What OS and SP version are you running on the Terminal Server?
Any warnings or errors in the EventLog?
What kind of TS profiles do the users have? Local? Roaming?
If the problem is caused by a profile load or unload error, you
will find an event saying so. In that case, install the UPHClean
utility.
