Hi JCB,
I changed Start type to Manual - the same error occurred.
This notebook is for a roaming user, therefore Telephony needs to work, and
I also need to setup security properly.
Since Telephoney doesn't work, it seems Device Manager is not detecting
reality. How can I findout what files ar being accessed and what those files
are doing?
