Everytime I start my laptop, the following message appears: "tcsd_win32.exe
encountered a problem and needed to close." What can I do to stop this
message from appearing?

Thank you!

tcsd_win32.exe is not a WIndows file, but is apparently from an application
with cryptographic components by NTRU Cryptosystems, and it may be related
to a mobile device like a handheld or phone. You may need to update that
application, or remove and reinstall it.

Check msconfig to see where this is loading, and that will help you identify
what application needs to be updated. That will also help you if
reinstalling doesn't fix the problem, where you have to contact the vendor's
support.

In the meantime, you can also just de-select that item in msconfig to stop
it from loading.

From Start | Run | msconfig | Ok look on the startup tab for the program
that starts it and uncheck that entry. If it's something that came
preinstalled on your laptop talk with the computer's tech support.

I got this information from a webpage by Googling for "tcsd_win32.exe":

"The process belongs to the software NTRU Hybrid TSS v by NTRU
Cryptosystems.

"Description: File tcsd_win32.exe is located in a subfolder of
"C:\Program Files". The file size on Windows XP is 180224 bytes.
The program has no file description. The program is not visible.
tcsd_win32.exe is not a Windows system file. The application can be
uninstalled in the Control Panel. Program uses ports to connect to LAN
or Internet."

Sound familiar? Whatever it is, it is damaged and/or not working.
Contact the program's tech support for help.
