I can no longer find the TCP/IP version 4 on my Dell Inspiron 1520 laptop using Windows XP. I need this version to connect to my internet provider. The internet shows it is connected but when I try to download something, it quits and has no connectivity.
How can I get access to this without downloading from the internet?
