A black box with taskeng.exe pops up every five or so minutes. I believe it is a virus. It says it is
Microsoft Windows [Version 6.0.6002]

c:\Windows\system32>
I have tried to locate the file and cannot. I have run several scans and have failed to find the infected file. Is there a simple set of steps I can make to end this frustration?
I would be very grateful for any help please.
