It means that the progam you invoked with the
Task Scheduler returned an error level of 128.
 
i know it's error, but i need to know is error 128.
i can't seems to find any description of scheduler error code...

I can only repeat what I said before: It's what you
run in the scheduled task that generates this error!
What is the exact command line you are running?
