Synapse Syndrome
I have always had a shortcut in Startup to run Task manager at bootup,
minimised. Task Manager is set to only display in the system tray when
minimised.
However, with this laptop, very often it will not appear in the system tray,
althugh it is running, as when I make it appear I can see that the CPU and
network graphs have history.
How come Task Manager is not appearing in my system tray a lot of the time?
Explorer.exe has not been crashing (I have noticed, over the years, that
when it does crash it has always caused this to happen).
