PC REG kept popping up with a message that I have hundreds of critical problems that need to be addressed to immediately. Finally, I gave in. I ordered the cleaner, gave my account numbers, and in response, the email claimed the money did not go through. That was a blatant lie; they took my money and gave me nothing for it. When I got in touch with their customer service, I explained I wanted to talk to a manager and receive a refund. He gave me this website to go on that has given me all of these different options. I have yet to reach them!
