Help, just installed a new harddrive on my dell after my old drive crashed, I installed XP, everything was working great until the ati radeon 7500 all-in-wonder was installed, now my towers light never comes out of the amber color to green and it simply won't boot, nadda. What should I try at this point beings it isn't allowing my to do anything, the system stays in standby yet my cd rom drive trays works, seems weird.................. any help would be greatly appreciated
