sysprep -reseal makes system goes to infinite loop

[Sysprep -bmsd not working in windows xp]

I just resealed my pc with none of the configurations to check for reseal
working or not.sometimes setup goes into infinite restart.

Note:
I didnt include third party drivers,mass storage controllers for ref.
