Hi,

After installing Windows XP SP3, Synchtoy 1.4 repeatedly crashes when
started with the ususal "SynchToy.exe has encountered a problem and needs to
close ..." So I send a report hoping to get some feedback but nothing. I even
tried to uninstall and reinstall it and still encounter the same problem.
there is absolutely no way to start it without the above error message. Help
!!!

NOTE: Just an FYI: The same problem seems to happen with Microsoft Word
2003 and it will only open in safe mode. The problem is solved by renaming
the 'normal.dot' file and then performing a 'detect and repair'. Unrelated to
this problem but I was wondering if there is a similar procedure to fix
SynchToy.

Thank you in advance for any feedback.
