Hi,
A few months ago I got brand new laptop for my 18th birthday to help with school work and it worked beautifully. It runs on windows 8 and had the latest synaptics programmes. However, somehow I think I must have uninstalled the device itself, not just the driver, and have downloaded several different drivers believing that this was the problem. Now I believe that it is the device itself that has uninstalled while my basic mouse functions work perfectly. I require some assistance on the matter because I am not massively computer-savvy but have some primitive knowledge. Any advice would be much appreciated because this problem has been bugging me for a while.
