svchost.exe keep trying to connect to strange sites.

2 days ago avast antivirus start popping up about svchost.exe trying to access to some sites and it keep blocking it , i installed and downloaded many things that day so i am not sure what should i delete but i did a system restore and here is a picture of what avast says .efecc772a8e1f1b606dbf7b99dadb50d._.png
