suspicious system files

I've run spybot which will identify but not fix security threats. I'm told 2
windows system files are threats:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wpcap.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ui.dll
I'm wondering...Are these really threats? and how can i get rid of them?

Report these files to Experts at the SpyBot Forum, they will make that determination
