Support for Targus TGR-CRD25 Mutli Flash Reader USB Device

For some reason the default XP Pro plug-and-play driver for the Targus
TGR-CRD25 "Mutli Flash Reader USB Device" will not read CompactFlash
cards of 1GB size. It reads CompactfFlash 64 MB just fine. Is there
come fix I can make on the XP Pro side to fix this? Perhaps some
registry tweak?
